OVERVIEW

 "WaySheGoes II" is a 1988/2007 Cooper Yachts custom finished Canadian built Maple Leaf 45 yacht. The hull was was laid in 1988 for an executive with desires for his personalized custom yacht. His unfortunate passing left the vessel to his estate and finally being completed and Commissioned in 2007.

The interior is exquisite cherry cabinetry and paneling with maple soles. The large galley and salon comprise the open main cabin, affording a comfortable living and entertaining space, while the cherry wood bleeds class.

The aft Master's cabin sports a central queen bed and private bath with half tub/separate shower. The forward V berth and head offers privacy for your guests or children.

Be that you will be piloting from a center cockpit with full bimini, dodger and curtains, you will not only stay dry but have the best seat to the passage. The center cockpit provides for ample foredeck and room for lounging or deck chairs on the aft deck. The davits gets the dinghy off the deck and ready to shuttle you ashore to provision, or to your next adventure.

OVERVIEW

 "Pea Soup" is a 1999 Beneteau 411 built in the USA, and sometimes marketed as a 413 because of it's three cabin layout.

This Beneteau 411, arrived in Guaymas precovid after years of cruising by the current owners. She is a veteran of the East coast, Caribbean, Panama Canal and up the West coast of Central America to finally cruise the Sea of Cortez.
She is currently laid up in Guaymas, Sonora Mexico, where she is in need of fresh bottom paint by her next owners before splashing. From here you can provision, inspect, do your shakedown cruise before your next adventure in the sea.
These boats are designed for ease of use and are exceptional coastal passage-makers, with all control lines led aft into the protected cockpit. The headsail is roller reefing, while the main is traditional slab, unlike many similar boats which came with the additional complexity and convenience of in-mast furling. 
The deck stepped mast is surrounded, on the forward face, by a stainless steel pulpit to add a degree of reassurance when in the process of reefing or hoisting the mainsail. The custom arch is aluminum for light weight and extremely strong, sporting large solar panels, wind generator, and davits.
The generous sized cockpit means that it will unlikely feel crowded. Mounted centrally is a table with fold down leaves, which offers great support when under sail and yet opens up to provide a comfortable outdoor dining area when at rest.
This particular 411 is the 3 cabin layout which comes with an ensuite head in the forward Master's cabin with the Pullman style double berth to st'brd and lockers and drawers to port. The aft cabins are both double berths, with a common head/shower just forward of the cabins. The spacious interior, with ample storage, is ideally suited for cruising with a sizeable crowd, and has comfortable seating for at least 6 persons around the saloon table to st'brd. The interior's port side is entirely taken up by the galley which includes a top loading fridge, 2 burner gas cooktop/oven and a microwave.
The whirligig ventilation turbine in the pictures, is the owners invention installed over a hatch to keep the boat well ventilated while stored, and it works very well.
The current owners are keen to sell and welcome reasonable offers.
