OVERVIEW
"Yo-Shan" is a 1982 Bluewater Yachts Landfall 39 built in Taiwan.
The vessel was prepared and rigged to leave for New Zealand when a medical emergency forced the owners to return to the US and leave the boat in La Cruz. Some time later a Captain was hired to move the boat to San Carlos for storage. The owner has not been back on the boat since La Cruz. The boat was put on the hard in October 2020 and as you can see the Captain & crew left the boat a mess.
The owner is exploring having her cleaned and returned to her previous condition. For now the vessel is priced for a quick sale and a buyer will be getting a boat with recent rig, sails, electronics and an engine with less than a 1000 hours. The sails are white and crisp like new, the standing rig is as new. There is a aluminum bottom RIB and 9.9hp outboard both as food as new.
Your YouTube dreaming and adventures can come true with this amazing yacht, while you sail to the South Pacific and back.
The current owners are keen to sell and welcome reasonable offers.

OVERVIEW
"Pea Soup" is a 1999 Beneteau 411 built in the USA.
This Beneteau 411, arrived in Guaymas precovid after years of cruising by the current owners. She is a veteran of the East coast, Caribbean, Panama Canal and up the West coast of Central America to finally cruise the Sea of Cortez.
She is currently laid up in Guaymas, Sonora Mexico, where she is in need of fresh bottom paint by her next owners before splashing. From here you can provision, inspect, do your shakedown cruise before your next adventure in the sea.
These boats are designed for ease of use and are exceptional coastal passage-makers, with all control lines led aft into the protected cockpit. The headsail is roller reefing, while the main is traditional slab, unlike many similar boats which came with the additional complexity and convenience of in mast furling.
The deck stepped mast is surrounded, on the forward face, by a stainless steel pulpit to add a degree of reassurance when in the process of reefing or hoisting the mainsail. The custom arch is aluminum for light weight and extremely strong, sporting large solar panels, wind generator, radar and davits.
The generous sized cockpit means that it will unlikely feel crowded and has a central table with fold down leaves, which offers great support when under sail and yet opens up to provide a comfortable outdoor dining area when at rest. The provision of new cockpit dodger and bimini, in 2021, will certainly encourage extended use of this area.
This particular 411 is the 3 cabin layout which comes with an ensuite head in the forward Master's cabin with the pullman style double berth to st'brd and a low bench seat to port. The aft cabins are both double berths, with a common head/shower just forward of the cabins. The spacious interior, with ample storage, is ideally suited for cruising with a sizeable crowd, and has comfortable seating for at least 6 persons around the saloon table to st'brd. The interior's port side is entirely taken up by the galley which includes a top loading fridge, 2 burner gas hob/oven and a microwave.
The whirligig ventilation turbine in the pictures, is the owners invention installed over a hatch to keep the boat well ventilated while stored, and it works very well.
The current owners are keen to sell and welcome reasonable offers.

OVERVIEW
"Dovetail" is a very clean cutter rigged Mark II Irwin 38, offers the very spacious centerline queen aft cabin, and is the Irwin 38 center cockpit of choice of those seeking these vessels. Her two stateroom, two head layout, with spacious galley, airy salon, and large navigation station has made these boats especially popular with those cruising the Bahamas and the Sea of Cortez. The spacious aft deck offers room for deck chairs or lounging. This particular Irwin Mark II is in very good, very clean condition.
Dovetail is well equipped for extended cruising and room for a family. She has a diesel genset and watermaker.
Dovetail was built in Florida in 1986 and sailed the Bahamas and California coast before the big adventure … sailing across the Pacific to Australia in 2013.
From California to Mexico, to the Marquesas, then collecting black pearls in the Tuamotu Islands en route to Tahiti, and the crystal waters of Bora Bora. Onwards to the Cook Islands, Tonga, and New Caledonia before settling for a quiet life cruising the Whitsunday islands, East coast NSW, and Bass Strait.
The aft swim platform is large and extends the boat so much that she feels a lot bigger than a 38. The deep swim ladder with large rungs is a simple entry to the water. Her flat decks are wide and easy to get around on. The aft section on deck is very wide and supports a serious BBQ and fish catch and clean area plus a couple of champagne seats to kick back on.
A desirable large aft cabin keeps the privacy and segregation between the forward V berth cabin.
The galley is large for a 38 and is set up for the long-distance passage maker with deep fridge/freezer, large oven and stove top, huge stainless sink for washing those big pots and don’t worry about water wastage because she makes her own via genset driven watermaker.
The sail wardrobe is quite extensive with battened main in lazy jacks and new boom bag, furling genoa plus 2 additional headsails and a spinnaker pole.
Slip is transferrable.

"Hula Girl" is probably one of the finest examples of a Hans Christian 38T. It condition and state of maintenance belies it's age. Few things aboard bear witness of being a 1978 model.
The paint, interior finishing, cleanliness and high degree of maintenance and equipment instill confidence that this is one blue water boat that only needs provisioning to set sail to any point on the globe.
The engine is freshly rebuilt and an available sail inventory that is too large to carry them all aboard.
Electronics are recent, and there are numerous extras that are included, or may be negotiated as the owner is retiring from a long sailing career. His nautical experience and knowledge bears witness on this, his personal yacht.
Marine Surveyor, "Finest Hans Christian he's ever seen".
Hula Girl can be ready to cruise in short order.
Getting a lot of attention now.
